Two Plaintiffs operating in the course of their employment as paramedics alleged that their ambulance was significantly impacted causing them to suffer permanent injuries and substantial wage loss due to diminished working capacity. Mr. Merrigan stipulated to negligence on behalf of his client, but argued that the testimony of both plaintiffs, as well as the testimony of their medical experts, lacked credibility. Mr. Merrigan further argued that plaintiffs were not likely injured in the accident. After a brief deliberation, the jury returned a verdict in favor of the defendant.
