Plaintiff alleged that the defendant hospital contained a raised and defective threshold in a hallway. Preliminary Objections were filed due to plaintiff’s failure to sufficiently identify the location of the alleged incident with specificity. The Preliminary Objections were granted and plaintiff’s jury trial case was dismissed with prejudice.
