Mr. Toll is recognized for his innovative and creative approach to resolving legal issues. Since joining the Goldberg, Miller & Rubin team, Jeremy has been integral in investigation and defense of automotive negligence and premises liability cases. He also works on the daily preparation of matters for arbitration and trial, including heavy motion practice, for which Jeremy appears in court several times per week.
Jeremy earned both his undergraduate and J.D. degrees at Drexel University. While at Drexel, he received outstanding student performance awards in professional liability, secured transactions, and criminal procedure. Jeremy was also honored as the recipient of the Drexel Outstanding Co-op Student Award.
Before entering the legal profession, Mr. Toll worked in accounting for a Fortune 150 company and also worked as a publicist for a world- renowned music festival in New York City.
When not practicing law, Jeremy shares his passion and talent for the arts as a volunteer with the Mantua Theatre Project, Everybody’s Theatre Company, and the Upper Dublin High School Theatre Program. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Jeremy still makes Philadelphia his home, and enjoys taking advantage of Philadelphia’s thriving arts, entertainment, and dining scenes. He is also an avid golfer.
