At Goldberg, Miller & Rubin, Lucille Bitterman’s name has become synonymous with exceeding clients’ expectations. After graduating from the University of Florida with honors and Temple University – Beasley School of Law, Lucille Bitterman joined Goldberg, Miller & Rubin, where she instantly became a vital member of the litigation practice focusing on automobile liability, including bodily injury, UM/UIM and insurance coverage as well as premises liability matters.

As a senior associate, Ms. Bitterman initiates and coordinates initial investigations for premises liability clients including: meeting with employees, site inspections, contract review, and business record review. The investigative strategy spearheaded by Ms. Bitterman ensures that litigation claims are set up for success before discovery has even begun. Ms. Bitterman has won the praises of her clients through her diligent and thorough investigations, which has led to the dismissal of many of the claims throughout her years at Goldberg, Miller & Rubin.

In the automobile insurance realm, Ms. Bitterman takes the same care in investigating any and all claims that she handles. Clients often assign her claims prior to litigation to utilize her in-depth investigation techniques to assist in assessing and evaluating claims. Ms. Bitterman also handles arbitration and trial level cases with an eye towards providing superior and cost-effective representation.

When she is not making sure all of her clients’ needs are met, Lucille enjoys spending time with her husband, traveling and going to the Jersey Shore with her family.
