Warren Holland obtained defense verdicts in two (2) separate jury trials arising from rear-end motor vehicle accidents in Philadelphia County. The plaintiffs in both cases alleged serious neck and back injuries, including bulging and herniated discs. Although Mr. Holland conceded liability in both cases, he successfully convinced the juries that the plaintiffs’ alleged injuries were not caused by the defendant’s negligent conduct, or did not result in compensable damages.
