Warren Holland obtained a defense verdict in a Philadelphia County jury trial arising from a rear-end motor vehicle accident. The plaintiff alleged serious neck and back injuries which required approximately five months of chiropractic and physical therapy. After conceding liability, Mr. Holland successfully convinced the jury that the plaintiff’s alleged injuries were not caused by the defendant’s negligent conduct.
