Warren Holland obtained another defense verdict in a Philadelphia County jury trial arising from a rear-end motor vehicle accident. The plaintiff alleged serious injuries including a herniated disc and nerve damage in both legs as well as several months of lost wages. Despite compelling testimony from both the plaintiff and her doctor, Mr. Holland successfully convinced the jury that the plaintiff’s injuries were not caused by the defendant’s negligence.
