Claire Neiger shared valuable insights from her three decades of experience handling hospital and nursing home cases in a Continuing Legal Education seminar attended by dozens of attorneys. Claire captivated her audience by discussing claims in many areas, such as negligent care, negligence claims following voluntary and involuntary commitments, medical error claims, emotional, physical, and sexual assaults, pressure wound cases, and even post-mortem body care and disposal. Claire also provided strategies to deal with electronic medical records and witnesses in hospital cases and addressed recent changes in the law.
