Eamon Merrigan was selected to be a panelist for Financial Poise’s CLE “Anatomy of a Trial” which is set to premiere via webinar on January 29th. This is the second time he has been asked by Financial Poise to present a CLE. This CLE’s focus is on the nuts and bolts of litigating a case at trial. Panelists discuss witness preparation, selection and presentation of exhibits, motions in limine, opening statements, and closing arguments. Mr. Merrigan will also give advice on real-world situations that may arise during trial and how best to present a case to the fact-finder. Financial Poise’s content is created by seasoned, respected experts who are invited to join their Faculty only after being recommended by current Faculty Members.
