Anna Deiana is an associate at Goldberg, Miller & Rubin’s New York office. Her practice focused on insurance coverage matters, including first-party coverage, claim investigation and no-fault litigation and arbitration.
Before joining Goldberg, Miller & Rubin, Anna worked as an associate specializing in Workers’ Compensation law where she developed her interest in litigation. She represented clients injured in work-related accidents and prepared appeals with the Supreme Court, Appellate Division.
She also worked with several non-profit organizations assisting with immigration and divorce proceedings while attending the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she was able to combine her analytical skills with her passion for helping others. Subsequently, she worked with survivors and “First Responders” of 9/11 attacks filing claims with the Victim Compensation Fund.
Anna speaks fluent Polish and loves traveling and exploring new cultures.
