Bolaji is an Associate Attorney at Goldberg, Miller & Rubin’s New York office. His practice focuses on insurance defense, including no-fault insurance.
Bolaji earned his J.D. from Fordham Law School, where he was a clinical student in the entrepreneurial law clinic. In this role, he represented startup business owners and non-profit clients charged with transaction matters, handling issues ranging from entity formation to contract drafting. In addition, Bolaji held leadership and extracurricular roles as Vice President of First-Generation Student Society and the alumni chair for the Black Law Student Association. He received his Bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from Amherst College in 2018 and a Masters in Education from the University of Pennsylvania in 2020.
Before starting law school, Bolaji worked as a history teacher and admissions officer at New York City and Boston area independent schools. Following law school, he served as a law clerk at Ropes & Gray in the strategic transactions group in the firms New York City office.
Outside of his professional life, Bolaji is a lifelong Celtics fan, a subpar runner, and an avid cook.

Michael Martinez is an Associate for Goldberg, Miller & Rubin’s New York office. His practice focuses on automobile negligence. In his free time Michael enjoys spending time with his cat, traveling, and the occasional expensive Uber Eats delivery.
