Overview
Camryn Downes is an Associate Attorney at Goldberg, Miller, & Rubin’s Philadelphia office. Her practice focuses on general liability and automotive negligence matters.
Camryn’s legal journey began at Widener University Delaware Law School, where she earned her JD with honors in May 2024. During her time in law school, Camryn worked as a law clerk for a pro bono legal clinic, as well as a plaintiff’s asbestos firm in Wilmington, Delaware. Camryn also worked as an Academic Success Fellow/Teaching Assistant in Legal Methods I & II, where she assisted first year law students with their legal writing skills. In addition, Camryn externed for a Family Court judge in Wilmington, Delaware, whom she then clerked for after graduating law school.
Camryn’s educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in Criminology, which she obtained at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. While at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, Camryn interned for the CUE Center for Missing Persons, a non-profit organization providing advocacy for missing children and adults nationwide and offering free professionally trained search personnel, and victim support services. Camryn also volunteered extensively through her sorority, where she assisted in organizing fundraising events, participating in beach clean ups, and donating supplies to domestic violence shelters.
Outside of her professional life, Camryn enjoys going to the beach with family and friends, playing golf with her father, and exploring restaurants in Philadelphia.
