Christopher Russo is an Associate Attorney at Goldberg, Miller, and Rubin, based in the Philadelphia office. His primary focus is on general liability and malpractice matters, where he represents the region’s top healthcare systems, hospitals, and major universities.

Prior to joining GMR, Christopher spent a year as a law clerk for the Honorable Joshua D. Sanders, J.S.C., at the Essex County Superior Courts, Civil Division. This experience allowed Christopher to experience many different cases and develop a good understanding of the legal landscape from a different perspective.

Christopher’s prior education includes a Bachelor of Political Science and a minor in Labor Studies, which he obtained at Rutgers University, New Brunswick Campus. Christopher’s legal journey began at Widener University, Delaware Law School, where he earned his JD in 2024. During his time in law school, Christopher had also worked as a law clerk at GMR where he developed an understanding for Pennsylvania procedure as well as garnered experience in the cases he now handles.

In his free time, Christopher enjoys spending time with his friends, working out, and cooking. Additionally, Christopher is from New Jersey and enjoys visiting family that includes his wonderful niece and nephew.
