Dan Pulse, an associate at Goldberg, Miller & Rubin’s Philadelphia office, focuses his work on the defense of clients in general liability, automotive negligence, uninsured/underinsured motorist, and premises liability cases. Before joining GMR, Dan worked in Athletic Compliance at East Stroudsburg University, where he primarily advised coaches and student-athletes on all areas of the NCAA bylaws. His involvement included interpreting NCAA, Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference, and East Stroudsburg University’s rules and regulations regarding recruiting, eligibility, financial aid, awards, and benefits.
Dan earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee College of Law. At UT, Dan was a member of the Sport and Entertainment Law Society. Dan also volunteered for the Special Olympics throughout his time in law school. While in law school, Dan gained valuable experience through his internships at the UT Athletic Compliance office and Procurement Office.
Before attending law school, Dan earned his undergraduate degree from Temple University with a degree in sport and recreational management and a minor in accounting. Dan interned for the Philadelphia 76ers, Harrah’s Racetrack and Casino, and the Temple University Football team.
When he’s not working, you can find Dan at the Flyers or Eagles game, golfing, or down the shore on the beach with his fiancé and friends.
