Eli Shmulik is an associate in Goldberg, Miller & Rubin’s New York office where he concentrates his practice on insurance and general liability litigation.
Prior to joining GMR, Eli litigated hundreds of first party claims to resolution through trials and AAA arbitrations.
Eli earned his Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School in 2017. While in law school, he was selected to New York’s Pro Bono Scholars Program. As part of the program, Eli was eligible to earn his Juris Doctor and sit for the New York State Bar Exam six months earlier than his classmates. During that window, he acted as a student attorney with MFY Legal Services, Inc, where he assisted indigent clients with Social Security Disability, and Special Education Law appeals before administrative law judges.
Before attending law school, Eli earned his undergraduate degree from the City University of New York, Brooklyn College. There, he was involved in an advocacy group – United4Israel, as well as participated in the colleges’ soccer and tennis programs.
When Eli is not practicing, he enjoys playing and watching soccer, going to New Jersey Devils games, traveling and spending quality time with his wife.
