Emilio J. Lamanna is an associate with Goldberg, Miller & Rubin, P.C. in our New York City office. His current practice focuses on litigation defense for automotive negligence and other general liability matters with the New York GMR team.

In 2008, Emilio graduated from Fordham University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship. After this, he earned his Juris Doctorate from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2017, where he was an active member of the business law society and a published author on the Cardozo Journal of International and Comparative Law. Upon graduating from law school, Emilio represented small to large businesses in commercial and transactional litigation throughout New York and New Jersey.

Emilio is an avid cook in his spare time, constantly experimenting with flavor profiles in the kitchen and volunteering at food pantries around NYC. Additionally, he enjoys traveling to culturally significant sites and spending quality downtime with family and friends.
