Erik Neiman is an associate at Goldberg, Miller & Rubin’s Philadelphia office. His practice primarily focuses on the defense of clients in general liability, automotive negligence, uninsured/underinsured motorist, and premises liability cases.
Prior to joining Goldberg, Miller & Rubin, Erik gained significant trial experience representing plaintiffs in civil litigation throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He also served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office, representing the Commonwealth in a variety of criminal trials and hearings before judges, juries, and magisterial district judges. His experience includes cases involving theft, aggravated assault, white collar crime, and welfare fraud. In law school, he interned at the Pennsylvania Department of Banking and Securities where he assisted counsel with financial litigation. He also served as a judicial intern with the Maryland Court of Special Appeals.
Originally from Annapolis, Maryland, Erik graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park, majoring in Criminal Justice with a minor in Rhetoric. He later graduated from the Dickinson School of Law where he was President of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and served as Vice President of the Corpus Juris Society. When not practicing law, Erik enjoys live music, standup comedy shows, and following the Washington Capitals.
