Hymie Bildirici is an Associate Attorney at Goldberg, Miller & Rubin’s New York office. His practice focuses on insurance defense, including no-fault insurance.
Hymie earned his J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where he was a clinical student in the Hofstra Criminal Defense Clinic. In this role, he represented indigent clients charged with misdemeanors, handling cases from arraignment through plea dispositions and sentencing.
In addition, Hymie held leadership and extracurricular roles as Vice President of Finance for the Hofstra Business Law Society and as a member of Moot Court.
Following law school, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Louis A. Scarcella in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York.
He received his Bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from Binghamton University in 2021.
Outside of his professional life, Hymie is an avid golfer, a regional champion backgammon player, and a lifelong New York Mets fan.
