James M. Haddad is Senior Counsel in Goldberg, Miller & Rubin’s New York office. Before joining GMR, James was a principal at Haddad Associates PLLC, where his practice focused on commercial litigation. His experience in the insurance industry makes him uniquely experienced and qualified to help his clients. His clients value his unique and deep expertise, personal attention, and responsiveness.

James serves the legal needs of commercial clients, insurers, policyholders, construction companies, and others, in areas such as contract negotiation and drafting, intellectual property rights, complex insurance coverage issues, D&O, EPL, professional liability, and more. Mr. Haddad also represents individuals in personal injury and business matters.

James is a graduate of Brown University (A.B., 1986) and Fordham University School of Law (J.D., 1993).
