Jared Hershman is an associate at Goldberg, Miller & Rubin’s Philadelphia office. His practice primarily focuses on automotive negligence, premises liability, bad faith, and general liability.
Jared graduated with his Juris Doctor from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. He graduated with a concentration in Litigation and Dispute Resolution. While in law school, Jared was the Chairman of Villanova’s Moot Court Honor Board. Jared was also a member of Villanova’s National Trial Team, where he finished as a semifinalist in the American Association for Justice Regional Trial competition.
While in law school, Jared gained valuable experience in representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants in general liability and medical malpractice matters, giving him a dynamic and balanced perspective on every case he handles. Jared served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judith S. Charny at the New Jersey Superior Court in Camden County, New Jersey.
Before law school, Jared attended Pennsylvania State University where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management and Information Systems. Jared spent a semester abroad in Barcelona, Spain.
When he is not working, Jared enjoys traveling, volunteering with shelter dogs, watching legal documentaries, and playing backgammon.
