Overview
Jason Rubenfeld is an Associate in Goldberg, Miller & Rubin’s New York office.
Jason graduated with his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School. While there, he participated in a year-long clinic with the Kings County District Attorney’s Office, where he gained valuable experience in criminal prosecution, including arraignment appearances and plea bargaining.
Before working at the firm, Jason worked for two-and-a-half years in No-Fault Insurance Litigation, representing an insurer on hundreds of claims throughout the boroughs of New York City. He also spent six months working in Worker’s Compensation, completing hundreds of hearings and dozens of appeals. In addition, Jason also spent two years working in Guardianship Law for the New York Foundation for Senior Citizens. He has conducted examinations under oath, argued motions, appeared at arbitrations, and successfully won both trials and appeals.
Jason lives on the Upper East Side with his fiancé Chelsey, with their wedding scheduled for March 2024. He loves the area and everything the neighborhood has to offer. When Jason is not working, he enjoys watching TV, playing in his dodgeball league, exploring New York City, and spending time with his family and friends.
