Jeff Winston is Senior Counsel at Goldberg, Miller & Rubin’s New York Office. His practice focuses on insurance coverage matters, including first-party coverage, claim investigation and no-fault litigation and arbitration. He has conducted numerous examinations under oath of claimants and has defended insurance carriers in civil trials in Queens, Brooklyn, Richmond, Bronx, and New York counties.
Before joining Goldberg, Miller & Rubin, Jeff worked as in-house Staff Counsel for one of the largest insurers in the nation.
When he is not practicing, Jeff enjoys reading, binging trendy TV shows, and traveling with his wife. Jeff is also a die-hard Yankees and Rangers fan and frequently travels around the country to watch his alma mater’s D1 men’s hockey team.
