Jennifer Raanan is an associate at Goldberg, Miller & Rubin’s New York office. Her practice focuses on insurance coverage matters including first-party coverage, claim investigation, and no-fault litigation and arbitration.
Jennifer previously worked as in-house counsel for insurance carriers acting as the key liaison between the legal department and the investigation unit. In this capacity, she gained in-depth experience conducting examinations under oath of claimants and navigating New York State regulatory compliance. Her practice concentrated on representing insurance carriers in matters related to fraudulent incorporation, staged losses and no-fault reimbursement claims. Her experience in this realm has encompassed all aspects of litigation including trials, arbitrations, motion practice and settlement negotiations. Jennifer has broad experience in several areas of law including family and matrimonial law, special education law and real estate.
Outside of her legal practice, Jennifer enjoys real estate, sailing, concerts and loves sunset walks with her dog Hunter.
