Jillian Seay is an Associate Attorney at Goldberg, Miller & Rubin’s Philadelphia office. Her practice includes general liability and motor vehicle law.
Jillian’s legal journey started at Widener University, Delaware Law School, where she earned her JD with honors in 2024. During her time in law school, she actively participated in the Widener Law Review publication, where she served as research editor, coordinating the editing of all published articles. She also worked as a teaching assistant in the area of civil procedure. During law school, Jillian also worked as a law clerk at a plaintiff’s personal injury firm in Philadelphia, which focused on complex personal injury and medical malpractice. In addition, she interned for a corporate judge at the Superior Court of Delaware in Wilmington, DE.
Jillian’s education foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology and Criminology/Criminal Justice, which she obtained at the University of Maryland, College Park. This combination of anthropology and legal knowledge equips her with a unique skill set to navigate the complexities of legal work. While at the University of Maryland, Jillian studied abroad in Ireland, investigating the historical significance of the Irish famine and the impact lasting through today in a field school. She also volunteered extensively at the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Washington, DC, and Baltimore, MD, through her sorority, assisting in organizing volunteer trips to the houses.
Outside of her professional life, Jillian enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, is an avid reader, and volunteers at her niece’s dance school, assisting in making and mending costumes for performances.

This holiday season, GMR’s Women’s Initiative supported The Jared Box Project, to help bring joy to children in need. A Jared Box is a plastic, shoe-sized storage box filled with small gifts, toys, games, coloring books, and fun activities, all tailored to a specific age group and gender. These thoughtfully packed boxes are donated to children in hospitals to offer a much-needed diversion and brighten their spirits.
GMR was able to come together as a firm and create 112 boxes which were donated to Cooper Pediatric Care at Camden Hospital, the Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Philadelphia Region, and Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, spreading holiday cheer to children in these facilities.
