Keith Bursack is a Senior Counsel in Goldberg, Miller & Rubin’s Northern New Jersey office.  His practice primarily focuses on automobile negligence.

Keith has exclusively handled insurance defense matters for the past fourteen years for major insurance carriers such as Allstate, Nationwide, GEICO and National General. He has tried over 70 jury trials to verdict and led a team as a Supervising Attorney at GEICO. In 2017, he earned the distinction of being a Certified Civil Trial Attorney by the New Jersey Courts.

Keith graduated with a Juris Doctor from Rutgers University, Camden Campus.  Keith gained valuable experience through his internship with the Gloucester County New Jersey Prosecutor’s Office and as a temporary law clerk after graduation. Keith then went to work in the Marvel Comics legal department. While there, Keith received his first comic book credit in June of 2000 in Daredevil #13 as a ‘Legal Copy Consultant.’ He then went to work for the Cumberland County New Jersey Prosecutor’s Office for several years before transitioning to insurance defense work.

Keith attended Glassboro State College/Rowan University, where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Criminal Justice. As an undergraduate, Keith was involved in student government and was elected as treasurer and secretary during his junior and senior years, respectively. He was a founding member of the local chapter of the national fraternity Kappa Sigma. He also raised money for multiple sclerosis.

When not working, Keith enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and pets, writing screenplays and novels, playing board games and card games, and traveling.
