Laia is a seasoned trial attorney with 23 years of experience in personal injury cases. She has extensive experience in the New York Supreme, Civil, and Federal Courts. Her understanding of the legal landscape and attention to detail ensure that she handles each case with the utmost professionalism and dedication.
Before joining the firm, Laia played a pivotal role as a Senior Attorney for a major national insurance company. She was responsible for overseeing settlement negotiations and devising litigation strategies for her cases. Laia’s commitment to her clients has earned her a well-known reputation as a formidable advocate in and out of the courtroom. Her experience and legal acumen make her a trusted advisor and tenacious litigator, dedicated to achieving the most favorable outcomes for her clients.
Laia received her Juris Doctor from Touro Law School and a B.S. in Accounting from C.W. Post College. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
