Manuel Palaguachi is an Associate at Goldberg, Miller & Rubin’s New York Office where he is involved in all aspects of New York’s diverse caseload. Specifically, he concentrates his practice on defending automotive negligence, personal injury claims, and assists the firm’s insurance and healthcare fraud litigation team. Manuel is a fervent advocate and is well versed in State and Federal civil procedures and litigation practices.
Prior to joining Goldberg, Miller & Rubin, Manuel was an Associate at a boutique labor law firm with a national practice, where he represented union employees in a variety of civil matters. Manuel has represented clients in State and Federal courts throughout the state of New York and New Jersey. Additionally, Manuel has represented clients before administrative agencies such as OSHA and the U.S. Department of Labor.
Manuel earned his Juris Doctor from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where he received a merit scholarship and was the recipient of a Milton Stewart Fellowship. Additionally, he earned Oral Advocacy Honors in the school’s annual Sherman Minton Moot Court Competition. While in law school, Manuel served as a summer clerk to the Honorable Tanya Walton Pratt of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. He also worked as a summer associate at an international law firm in its Buenos Aires, Argentina office.
When he is not working, Manuel enjoys hiking, playing soccer and finding his next favorite restaurant in New York.
