Handling complex litigation cases to a favorable resolution for her clients is paramount. Her attention to detail and thorough file handling has enabled her to aggressively represent her clients for a successful outcome whether that involves jury trials, arbitration, ADR, or favorable settlements.

Marie also managed her own law office overseeing hundreds of matters from claim adjustment through trial.  Further, Marie has worked in conjunction with national counsel handling class action Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) cases in Federal District Court.

When she is not practicing law, she spends time with her husband and five children. She also enjoys cooking, working out, reading and traveling. As a committed member of her community, Marie volunteers at her parish soup kitchen and food pantry. She also provides pro bono representation to indigent women in domestic violence cases in support of the Montclair-based organization Partners for Women and Justice.
