Meri Van Blarcom-Gupko is Senior Counsel at Goldberg Miller & Rubin. Before joining GMR, Meri was Counsel at a civil litigation firm in New Jersey for over 25 years, where she gained extensive experience representing the diverse legal needs of her clients. At the start of her career, she clerked for the Honorable Stephen F. Smith, Jr. in the New Jersey Superior Court.
She has successfully managed countless cases from inception with a thoughtful approach. Her ability to evaluate a situation, consider the issues, navigate the appropriate response, and clearly explain complicated legal matters leads to results while building trusted client relationships.
Meri has been published in legal journals and trade publications. She has also given numerous seminars. For over 15 years, Meri presented an annual seminar addressing legal issues in racing at the Motorsports Racecar & Trade Show (Atlantic City and Philadelphia area). In addition, she wrote course materials for and conducted continuing legal education seminars on various issues, including trial evidence and employment issues.
When she is not working hard for her clients, Meri enjoys spending quality time with her husband and son, watching sports, attending NASCAR races and New York Mets games, cooking allergy-friendly recipes, and bingeing mystery and crime dramas.
