Morgan Elmore is an Associate Attorney at Goldberg, Miller & Rubin’s Philadelphia office. Her practice includes general liability and motor vehicle law.

Morgan’s legal journey started at Penn State Dickinson Law, University Park, where she earned her JD in 2025. During her time in law school, she actively participated in the Penn State Law Arbitration Law Review, where she served as a Senior Editor. She also worked as a law clerk at the Penn State Law Entrepreneurship Assistance Clinic, which focused on LLC formation and legal services for startup companies at no-cost.

Morgan’s education foundation includes a Bachelor of Arts in English and Literature, which she obtained at Penn State University, University Park. This combination of writing and legal knowledge equips her with a unique skill set to navigate the complexities of legal work.

In her free time, Morgan enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She is an avid reader and enjoys watching movies.
