Robert Cippitelli is an associate at Goldberg, Miller & Rubin’s New York Office.  His practice is focused on first-party claims including No-Fault arbitrations and litigation. 

Robert has been practicing for 24 years. He has extensive experience navigating New York No-Fault regulations, understanding detailed medical records and billing, and advocating for clients in arbitration proceedings.  He has attained an impressive record of favorable decisions and settlements. Prior to joining Goldberg, Miller and Rubin, Robert worked for insurance defense firms representing both insurers and individuals in automobile negligence claims and handling No-Fault coverage disputes.

Robert is a graduate of Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and received his undergraduate degree from St. John’s University.  

When not working, Robert spends time with his family, often traveling to his sons’ hockey tournaments and events, and attending his daughters’ dance competitions.  He enjoys skiing in the cold months and boating in the summer.  Robert is a native of Long Island and is a lifelong fan of the New York Islanders.
