Robert Goldstein is Senior Counsel at Goldberg, Miller & Rubin’s New York office.  His practice is focused on first-party claims including No-Fault arbitrations and litigation. 

Bob began his career as a successful medical fraud investigator and prosecutor in Ohio and later in New York. In that role, he conducted investigations, presented evidence to grand juries, handled pretrial motions and hearings, and tried cases before juries.  He never had an acquittal. 

Following that experience, Bob worked for a large international auto insurance company where he conducted more than 1,200 EUOs involving investigations of health-care fraud by medical providers, as well as fraud committed by insurance policyholders. He also defended the carrier in numerous No-Fault arbitrations.

Outside of his legal practice, Bob is a devoted Buffalo Bills fan and follows the Yankees. He enjoys going to concerts and museums as well as experimenting in the kitchen.
