Samantha L. Graves is an Associate Attorney at Goldberg, Miller & Rubin’s New York office. Her practice focuses on insurance defense, including no-fault insurance.

Samantha attended Western New England School of Law receiving her J.D. During law school, Samantha served as the President of the Public Interest Law Association and interned with the local court service center. She received her Bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from Worcester State University.

Before joining Goldberg, Miller & Rubin, Samantha worked as an Associate Attorney at a general practice firm focusing on various probate litigation matters.

Outside the firm, Samantha enjoys reading, crafting, and spending time with her two cats, Cheddar and Pickles.
