Overview
Sarah Cohenson is an associate at Goldberg, Miller & Rubin’s New York office. Her practice focuses on insurance coverage matters, including first-party coverage, claim investigation, and no-fault litigation and arbitration.
Sarah has been practicing no-fault litigation at both the Civil Court and Appellate levels for over five years. She regularly takes examinations under oath, argues motions, and tries cases. She has expertise in affirmative insurer litigation and declaratory actions relating to coverage.
Sarah earned her Juris Doctor from New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts, where she received the Charles Hamilton Houston Enrichment Program Award. Sarah was also an active member in both the Jewish Law Students Association and the Latin American Law Students Association.
When Sarah is not practicing, she enjoys yoga and cross-fit, painting, cooking, traveling, and quality times with her family and friends.
