Tom Giardina is an associate at Goldberg, Miller & Rubin’s Philadelphia office. His practice primarily focuses on the defense of clients in general liability, automotive negligence, uninsured/underinsured motorist, and premises liability cases. Tom has arbitrated first and third party auto negligent and premises liability cases in Philadelphia, and its surrounding counties, commonly obtaining defense or favorable verdicts. Involved in all phases of litigation, Tom’s practice includes drafting pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, preparing and responding to discovery, preparing witnesses for deposition and arbitration testimony, conducting and defending depositions, and negotiating settlements on behalf of his clients. In addition to being recognized for his exceptional research and writing skills, Tom prides himself on handling every matter zealously throughout each stage of litigation constantly in pursuit of a favorable resolution for his clients.
Tom earned his law degree from the Notre Dame Law School. During law school, while also working as a student librarian, Tom was on staff for the Notre Dame Journal of Legislation, a Board Member of Notre Dame’s Legal Voices for Children and Youth, and a Mediator at Notre Dame’s Applied Medication Clinic.
Outside of the office or the courtroom, Tom enjoys spending time with his wife and toddler-aged son at their home in Philadelphia. Time permitting, he enjoys partaking in a few games of chess.
