Overview
Tom Giardina joined Goldberg, Miller & Rubin in 2015 and concentrates his practice on general liability and medical malpractice defense representing the interests of hospitals and medical professionals. Before joining the firm’s Hospital Group, Tom managed hundreds of automobile and trucking cases from inception through arbitration and trial in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Additionally, he has successfully represented clients through mediation and binding private arbitration.
The son of a cardiologist with multiple family members in the medical field, Tom joined GMR after beginning his working career for a physician’s group. He later enrolled at Notre Dame Law School, where he served on the Notre Dame Journal of Legislation staff, as a board member of Notre Dame’s Legal Voices for Children and Youth, and as a Mediator at Notre Dame’s Applied Medication Clinic.
Outside of the office or the courtroom, Tom enjoys spending time with his wife and toddler-aged sons at their home in Philadelphia. Time permitting, he enjoys partaking in a few games of chess.
