Tifanni Cooke is an associate at Goldberg, Miller & Rubin’s New York office. Her practice focuses on insurance coverage matters, along with no-fault litigation and arbitration matters.

She earned her Honors B.A. in Political Science with a concentration in Global Studies and a double minor in Spanish and Black American Studies within three years from the University of Delaware. She then attended and graduated from Hofstra University School of Law. While attending law school, Tifanni participated in the Political Asylum Clinic, where she was able to help obtain asylum for one of the clients. She broadened her knowledge throughout her law school career by working at a firm focused on immigration and real estate matters, becoming a judicial extern in the Domestic Violence Unit in Nassau County District Court, and working for an organization focused on employment law. 

Upon graduating from law school, Tifanni worked as in-house Staff Counsel for one of the largest insurers in the nation. She has successfully conducted litigation in numerous personal injury cases. Tifanni has organized and taught at a training seminar teaching attorneys how to be efficient litigators. Tifanni has over a decade of experience in trial practice, motion practice, examinations under oath, and arbitration hearings. In addition, she has appeared before arbitrators and judicial officials on numerous occasions. She holds licenses to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and the District of Columbia. 

When she is not practicing law, Tifanni enjoys traveling, dancing, and spending time with family and friends.
