Vito N. DiGiovanni is an associate at Goldberg, Miller, & Rubin’s New York City office, and he centers his practice on handling general liability and negligence matters.
Vito received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Political Science from Brooklyn College and his Juris Doctor degree from Hofstra University. He is licensed to practice in New York State.
While in law school, Vito volunteered at The Tenants Law Firm in Los Angeles, California, assisting low-income tenants with their legal issues during the pandemic.
Before joining Goldberg, Miller, & Rubin, Vito was a litigation paralegal and business consultant.
In his free time, Vito enjoys music, reading, and playing with his dog.
