Zachary Whiting is a senior associate at Goldberg, Miller & Rubin’s New York office. His practice focuses on insurance coverage matters, including first-party coverage, claim investigation, and no-fault litigation and arbitration.

Zachary has been practicing law in New York for over ten years.  Zachary is an experienced litigator, having litigated cases in multiple courts, including Federal Court, New York Supreme Court, New York City Civil Court, and New York Surrogate’s Court.

Zachary earned his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School, where he was an active member of the OUTlaws Student Association.

When Zachary is not practicing law, he enjoys cooking, traveling, frequent trips to the opera and classical music concerts, as well as spending quality time with family and friends.
