Thomas Cooke is Senior Counsel for Goldberg, Miller & Rubin’s New York office, where he specializes in insurance coverage matters. His practice includes first-party coverage, claim investigations, and no-fault litigation and arbitration. When he’s not practicing law, he is an avid reader and film enthusiast, particularly interested in suspense and horror genres, and a deep appreciation for the works of Stephen King.
Luis Breyer is an Associate for Goldberg, Miller & Rubin’s New York office. His current practice focuses on litigation defense for automotive negligence, and other general liability matters. In his personal life, Luis enjoys watching his two favorite sports teams; the New York Giants and New York Knicks. He also enjoys playing disc golf, cooking, and going to the movies with his fiancée.
