GMR attorneys Patricia Howlett, Keith Bursack, and Sean Dugan teamed up for a victory on Summary Judgment in Middlesex County, New Jersey. Patricia wrote the brief with Sean’s assistance, and Keith argued the motion. We represented the driver of the middle car in a three-car collision. Based on caselaw, we argued that our client should be dismissed because our client’s car did not strike the front car until struck by the third car. The Court agreed and granted our motion.
