Employment Law

Employers are now subject to risk every time they deal with their employees, but there are many practices our employment law team can help employers institute that can limit that risk. Our Employment Law team provides consulting services, including drafting employee handbooks, manuals, policies, procedures, and guidelines. We also offer training and guidance to navigate the ever-changing maze of local, state, and federal legislation.

Unfortunately, employment disputes and terminations often lead to litigation or at least the threat of litigation. We are primarily a litigation firm, and although we always consider a reasonable settlement and alternative dispute resolution, our Employment Law team is prepared to take every case to verdict. We handle a broad range of workplace matters, including wrongful termination, sexual harassment, discrimination claims, including FMLA, ADA, and Title VII claims.
