Partners Eamon Merrigan and Jason Rubin regularly serve as Judges Pro Tempore in the Civil Trial Division of the First Judicial District. As Judges Pro Tempore, Eamon and Jason serve as mediators between parties at Court mandated settlement conferences for major jury cases in Philadelphia County in hope to reach a resolution without the need for trial.
At Goldberg, Miller & Rubin, Eamon Merrigan concentrates his practice on premises liability, automotive negligence, intentional tort, products liability, medical malpractice, construction accident and complex litigation claims. Jason Rubin focuses his practice on toxic tort, products liability and personal injury claims. Both have significant trial experience and are recognized by their peers and the Courts for their knowledge of civil claims.
