GMR Partner Warren Holland notched his 100th defense verdict at trial in an uninsured motorist action in Philadelphia County.
The plaintiff alleged he was seriously injured in a hit-and-run accident and sought damages against his insurer. Although the plaintiff treated for alleged neck and back injuries for over seven months and claimed to have lasting pain for well over two years, Mr. Holland convinced the jury that the plaintiff’s alleged injuries were not caused by the accident.
