As featured in the ABA Commission on Women, Philadelphia Inquirer, Philly.com, the Philadelphia Business Journal and the Legal Intelligencer, Lori Miller has been elected the first Chief Executive Officer in Goldberg, Miller & Rubin’s 34-year history. Lori began her career at Goldberg, Miller & Rubin in 1990 and quickly earned the respect of colleagues and adversaries, forging a career as a trial lawyer at both the state and federal level. In 1999, Lori was named the firm’s first female partner and since then has helped diversify the firm’s client base and footprint in the legal community. Over the past five years, Lori has rebranded the firm making GMR not only a great place to work, but one of the most cutting-edge litigation firms in the area. As to future endeavors, she intends to continue building GMR’s team of homegrown litigators and expanding the firm’s practice areas.

After being elected CEO, Lori’s first order of business was naming Dana Koos managing partner of the firm’s New York office. In 2013, Dana helped open the firm’s New York office and quickly developed a team of attorney’s that led to significant growth of the firm, giving GMR a regional platform servicing clients in all five boroughs of New York, along with Nassau, Suffolk, Rockland and Westchester counties and Northern New Jersey. Dana’s passion for her work and aggressive representation of GMR’s clients has made her an invaluable asset and role model within the firm and legal community.
