Katy L. Malouin is an associate at Goldberg, Miller & Rubin. Her practice focuses on insurance defense, including no-fault and first-party coverage. Katy joins the firm with years of experience in commercial insurance defense work, primarily focused on contract analysis and legal research & writing. She is well-versed in all aspects of preparing insurance defense cases in personal injury actions, including premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, labor law claims, and workers’ compensation matters.
Before joining Goldberg, Miller & Rubin, Katy worked as a Paralegal Coordinator for one of the largest insurers in the country. In that role, Katy managed a team of paralegals who supported legal offices in Philadelphia, PA, White Plains, NY, and Manhattan, NY.
Katy is passionate about Diversity, Equity, and inclusion and has been involved in advising in the areas of disabilities and neurodiversity in the workplace. In her free time, Katy enjoys spending time with her family and reading fantasy and sci-fi novels, surrounded by her personal library.
