Tyson M. Mott is a Senior Associate at Goldberg, Miller & Rubin’s Philadelphia office. His areas of practice include a focus on insurance coverage issues. Multiple national carriers rely on him to provide thorough coverage opinions, claims evaluations, and to resolve disputes efficiently, often before litigation is filed. Tyson has won numerous declaratory judgment actions on coverage issues and motions to dismiss bad faith claims in multiple jurisdictions.

After law school, Tyson clerked with the Honorable Abbe F. Fletman in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. He began his career with GMR, practicing predominantly in the areas of products liability and general liability. He has a diverse litigation background and prides himself on his ability to provide zealous and effective representation in any matter, from the common slip and fall to complex and sensitive matters such as those involving federal antitrust law, civil rights, sexual assault, product defect claims, or contentious defamation matters.

Outside of the office or courtroom, Tyson is an avid cyclist and enjoys applying his practical knowledge when handling bicycle accident cases. He bikes to work daily, and you can often find him towing his children on the Schuylkill River Trail on their way to Sister Cities Park or to climb the Art Museum steps and grab a water ice. While a Chester County native, Tyson and his wife reside with their two children in the Mt. Airy section of Philadelphia.
