Overview

Victoria Tarasova is an associate attorney at Goldberg, Miller & Rubin’s New York office. Her practice focuses on insurance, including first-party coverage and no-fault litigation.

Victoria has been practicing no-fault arbitration and litigation in the Supreme Court, civil court, and at the Appellate level for over five years. She represented healthcare providers in hundreds of declaratory judgment actions in multiple counties and has argued many appeals before the Appellate Term. She is also well-versed in all aspects of no-fault arbitration and arbitration appeals, having appeared at over a thousand no-fault arbitration hearings with the American Arbitration Association.

Victoria earned her Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law.  While in law school, Victoria interned at an in-house legal position in one of Boston’s largest hospitals. She was also a member of Boston University Law School’s Journal of Science and Technology Law. Victoria has also passed the United States Patent and Trademark Office bar exam.

In her free time, Victoria enjoys reading, traveling, sightseeing, and spending quality time with family and friends.
