WARREN HOLLAND NOTCHES FOUR DEFENSE VERDICTS WITHIN TWO WEEKS IN NEW YORK AND PENNSYLVANIA

Warren Holland obtained two defense verdicts in a personal injury action in Bronx County, New York.  Warren’s client admitted to causing the motor vehicle accident in which plaintiffs alleged they were seriously and permanently injured.  After attending physical therapy for several months, both plaintiffs received MRIs which reportedly revealed significant disc injuries, including herniations.  One plaintiff also alleged a shoulder injury and ultimately underwent arthroscopic shoulder surgery to correct a reported ligament tear.  Although his client conceded liability, Warren was able to convince the jury that neither plaintiff’s alleged injuries resulted from the accident.

Less than two weeks later, Warren attained two more defense verdicts in a personal injury action in Delaware County, Pennsylvania.  Warren’s client again accepted liability for causing the motor vehicle accident at issue.   He was also able to convince the Delaware County jury that neither plaintiff’s neck and back injuries, including alleged herniations, were caused by the accident.
