Robert Stein won a Bergen County breach of contract trial for his business client stemming from allegations over misrepresentation in a bill of lading and alleged failure to provide services. In addition to breach of contract, Plaintiff alleged unjust enrichment and sought consequential and compensatory damages. Plaintiff sued the business broker in addition to Robert’s interstate trucking client. The parties agreed to a one-day bench trial before Judge Vinci, who, after hearing testimony and reviewing all evidence, dismissed all claims with prejudice as to Robert’s client.
