Susan Fante is a Senior Legal Assistant at GMR. She has been with the firm for over 25 years and brings fun and positive energy to work every day. We enjoy having Susan and thank her for all the training and mentoring she has provided to others at the firm. Here is more about Susan’s story:
“I began my career at GMR working part-time, two days a week, as an overflow assistant. After about 6 months, Lori Miller returned from maternity leave and we met for the first time. We hit it off and I started working full-time, and I have been working with her ever since, for 26 years. Throughout the years, my assistance has expanded to my team of attorneys it has grown into today: Lori, Joe Petka, Jess Smeriglio, Lauren Glynn, and Tom Giardina. Throughout the years, I have trained a number of assistants to bring them to the level of expertise required in the field. I pride myself in my ability to connect with clients whom I have established strong and friendly relationships with throughout the years. My legal team of attorneys value one another and have a strong bond and support system. I find that confidence, perseverance and patience can take you far in this field.”
